ocial media packages are advertised at fixed monthly starting prices. The website currently identifies GoCardless as a payment method for those packages. Website projects and specialist work are quoted according to their scope.
Your proposal and agreement should explain the actual fees, payment schedule, contract conditions and what counts as additional work. Paid advertising budgets, third-party subscriptions and new website builds may sit outside a social media retainer.
If a bill looks wrong or you are unsure what you have been charged for, contact us so a member of the team can check your account.
