Which social media platform is right for my business?

Choose your channels based on customers, not trends.

The right platform is the one that gives you a realistic opportunity to reach the people who buy from you. Facebook often works for local communities, Instagram is useful for visual businesses and LinkedIn can help with professional relationships.

Think about the content you can produce, where existing customers find you and what action you want visitors to take. Review your own website traffic and enquiries when possible.

It is usually better to manage one or two channels well than publish weak content across five.
