In most cases we can work with the social media profiles and pages your business already uses. We will first check what access exists and whether the accounts are set up correctly for business use.

We may ask you to grant appropriate access through the platforms’ official business tools. Avoid sharing personal passwords in messages or emails.

If ownership or access has been lost, we can explain possible next steps, but account recovery decisions sit with the platform and cannot be guaranteed.
